Description:
Responsible for sustainable development on the reserve in terms of Tourist and Guest activities, project management, guest ecological interaction, cultural education, and develop and intensively train nature field guides. Acute Budget compiling and management thereof. Encourage and manage current and future projects on the reserve. The position also includes fieldwork and general wildlife observation. The role will also include getting guides more qualified, experienced with guiding on foot in Dangerous game area and assessed.

Requirements:
⦁ Degree in Conservation Management or Tourism Management
⦁ FGASAqualification equivalent to NQF 4 or higher Nature Site guide
⦁ Minimum 7 years’ experience in Senior Management position
⦁ Minimum 5years’experience as Nature guide or Conservation/ Reserve manager
⦁ Vast Experience in 5star lodge environment required
⦁ Experience in project ma nagement and proven track record
⦁ Advanced Rifle Handling Certificate or Range officer
⦁ Driver’s license with valid GP
⦁ At least 3 contactable references
