Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of retail business strategies and track progress against operational KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functional work with internal stakeholders (Customer Service Centre, Finance/Credit, etc.) on behalf of the sales team.
- Maintain high standards of business integrity aligned with corporate policies.
- Contribute to annual business planning through accurate retail and operational data gathering and validation.
- Lead or support internal projects such as customer data management, HSSEQ reporting and contract management.
- Assist with strategic initiatives and digital tools (e.g., Winshuttle/SAP account creation).
- Coordinate and track retail sales-team deliverables, including meetings, travel and administrative logistics.
- Ensure compliance with Vivo Energy Namibia’s Credit Policy, including managing overdue debts, Average Days Late (ADL) and bad-debt risk.
- Act as the HSSEQ focal point, compiling monthly reports.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Strong administrative, coordination and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP; excellent written and verbal communication.
