RESTAURANT TRAINING AND OPERATIONS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER – KFC Namibia

We’re looking for a Restaurant Training and Operations Improvement Manager based in Windhoek to join our KFC team and help shape the future of our workforce. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring that our employees have the knowledge, skills, and passion to deliver the KFC experience our customers know and leading a team of Training Coaches that will drive operational capability by enabling continuous learning, conducting capability assessments and providing training interventions and workshops for restaurant teams across Namibia.

THE IDEALCANDIDATE MUST POSSESS;
• Grade 12 or a diploma in HRD or hospitality is required.
• Driver’s license (preferably own car).
• Proven minimum 5 years’ experience as a Training Manager in a restaurant or fast-food environment.
• Relevant KFC training certification (i.e.. Leading a restaurant or Leading multiple restaurants).
• PC literate – proficient in MS Office particularly, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES;
• Focused Training Coach Audits In-Store and In-Store Capability Assessments, this includes Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
• Providing on-the-job coaching, training interventions and workshops such as drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan
• Management and development of training coaches
