PURPOSE OF POSITION

Ensure smooth and efficient operation from the front -of – house service to the back -of- the house.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in hospitality or related field

• 3 – 5 years of restaurant experience at which 2 years should be at management level
• Experience in POS Systems

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant

• Monitoring restaurant operations to ensure compliance with food safety standards and industry regulations
Establish marketing strategies and plan upcoming events or promotions
Ensure delivering of superior food and beverage service and maximizing guest experience
Financial management of the restaurants operation
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Ensure stock control
• Manage, train and develop staff
