Duty Description
Reservations Clerk

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control all aspects of reservations
Make and confirm accurate guest reservations
Provide potential guests with relevant information
Attend to telephone and email enquiries

Ability and Skill Requirements:

Be customer service driven
Must have strong problem solving skills
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
Sound knowledge of Protel
Excellent administration and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
Pleasant personality
Ability to work accurately under pressure

Special Requirement(s)
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
Grade 12 (relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage)
Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar position
Any additional languages to English will be an advantage
Possess a vailid driver’s license
