Key Responsibilities
- Manage online reservations, enquiries and booking platforms.
- Confirm availability, rates, room types, meals and guest requirements.
- Process booking amendments, cancellations and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate reservation calendars and guest information.
- Communicate professionally with guests, agents and tour operators.
- Prepare accurate invoices and supporting documents for tour operators.
- Perform basic accounting, reconciliations and record keeping.
- Coordinate supplies and deliveries from Outjo to the lodge.
- Maintain stock and supply-order records.
- Manage social-media pages, content and marketing campaigns.
- Respond to online messages, reviews and customer enquiries.
Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Confident computer, email and Microsoft Office skills.
