Responsibilities:
-
Update and complete booking information on files
-
Source missing information for confirmed files
-
Review completed files for accuracy
-
Produce travelling documentation in accordance with the company standards
-
Administration of daily WISH reports
Requirements:
-
Grade 12 Certificate
-
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within Tour Operating environment
-
Working knowledge of Tour Plan and WISH or similar booking /operating system
-
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
-
Attention to detail
-
Have an excellent written and oral-command of the English Language
-
Foreign European language will be an advantage
-
Must be resilient and able to work independently
-
Proactive, enthusiastic, organized, analytical and good time management
-
Meticulous work method with exceptional attention to details
-
Problem solving and planning skills
-
Excellent customer care orientation
-
Ability to work within a high pressure environment
-
Must be presentable and neat
-
Must be able to start immediately
-
Must have traceable references
