Research Visibility Content Creators will form a network of digital content creators who will help identify, capture and communicate exciting research, innovation and impact stories taking place across the University.
The initiative supports CRS’s efforts to boost the visibility, accessibility and impact of UNAM research from all campuses across academic, policy, industry and public audiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify interesting research, innovation and impact stories within their faculty or campus.
- Interview researchers, postgraduate students and research teams.
- Create engaging digital content showcasing UNAM research.
- Capture quality photographs and short-form videos.
- Produce reels, short videos and other social media content.
- Edit photographs and videos for digital platforms.
- Translate complex research into clear, engaging and accessible stories.
- Highlight research achievements, publications, projects, partnerships and community impact.
- Cover selected research events, seminars, fieldwork and other activities.
- Serve as a link between CRS and their respective faculty or campus for research visibility activities.
Requirements
- UNAM students from 3rd year (2027) up to postgraduate students in each of our four faculties
- Are active and confident users of social media.
- Have demonstrated ability in digital content creation.
- Can shoot and edit short-form video content.
- Have basic photography and/or videography skills.
- Can create engaging social media posts, reels or similar content.
- Have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Can communicate research in an interesting and accessible way.
- Are proactive, reliable and able to meet deadlines.
- Are comfortable approaching and interviewing researchers.
- Experience using platforms and tools such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Canva, CapCut or other video/photo editing software will be an advantage.
