RENTAL AGENT – ADVANCED CAR HIRE

REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
Must have sober habits
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Must have own transport
Must reside in Windhoek
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have an ID
Must be able to use all Microsoft Office applications
Must have some administrative knowledge
Must have some mechanical knowledge
Must have excellent customer service skills and experience
Must be well informed of all areas in Namibia and Botswana
Must have experience operating a 24-hour emergency phone
Must be able to work on a supervisory level
Must have excellent organizational skills
Must thrive under pressure
Must be a quick learner and be adaptable
Previous car rental experience is a must
Must be able to work overtime and weekends
