RELIEF NIGHT AUDIT – JOBS NAMIBIA

Duty Description
To undertake all Night Audit functions and other duties as required by Management (when / where applicable).
To welcome and register guests on arrival. Answer telephones and deal with queries and requests. Check guests out on
departure.
To take reservations and sell rooms and complete various aspects of front office administration as directed.
To ensure that courteous and efficient service is provided to guests and suppliers in line with the Company’s vision,
values and fundamentals.

Requirement(s)
Level Literacy: Equivalent to a Grade 12
Level of Numeracy: Equivalent to a Grade 12
Level of Communication Skills: Excellent
Level of Formal / Professional / Education and
Training:
City & Guilds Certificate / equivalent, or a proven track record of
having received on-the-job training in front office duties
(advantageous).
Computer literacy is essential.
Level of Experience in Job Advertised: Previous experience will be advantageous.
