Requirements
- Grade 12 (old curriculum) or Grade 11 (new curriculum) with retail experience
- Grade 12 AS levels (new curriculum) essential
- Mathematics: minimum grade 4 or D; English: minimum grade 3 or C
- Accounting and a relevant tertiary business qualification advantageous
- Proven track record in managing express or supermarket clusters
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams
- Customer-focused, commercially aware and experienced in serving high-LSM customers
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, essential
- Exposure to business information analysis tools advantageous
- Reliable, flexible and able to perform under pressure
