N$ 411,119.19 – N$ 427,730.12
N$ 102,701.00 (Total Vehicle Allowance)
40% of basic salary OR
20% of basic salary
N$ 14,400.00
The main purpose of the job is to take responsibility and overall accountability for the operations of the Town Council by formulating the vision of Council into policies and strategies and to ensure that policies / strategies are executed to provide effective and efficient services delivery to the Rehoboth residents.

Minimum Education Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration / Management, or. Business Administration / Management or Commerce (NQF level 8). Incumbent should have knowledge in Strategic Planning.
Minimum Experience Requirements & Additional Requirements
Incumbent should have five (5) years working experience as a Senior Manager / Executive. Code B driver’s license. The candidate should possess and display a good understanding and knowledge of the local government sector and all its operations, technical aspects of infrastructure development, maintenance and provision and the management of relationships at a high level.
