Key Responsibilities
- Manage all branches within the identified region to maximize business and advance profitability.
- Monitor all branches with regards to Policy and Procedure implementation.
- Advise on – and construct ways of increasing business opportunities within set regions, whilst maintaining operational efficiency.
- Support, coach, and develop branch managers and employees
- Analyse regional performance data and prepare management reports
- Implement and monitor strategic initiatives and operational improvements
- Manage budgets, resources, and cost-control measures within the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Resolve operational, employee, and customer-related issues effectively
Requirements
- Must have completed Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12 with typing and Accounting as a subject (NSSC-O) with 22 marks.
- Three years tertiary qualification, preferably B.Comm related. Post Graduate Qualification will be advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Retail, FMCG and the Building and Construction Industry
