To conduct Risk Assessments. Analyse data to identify and monitor potential threats to Company,
recommend treatments to minimize the potential of risk and safeguarding of Company assets.

Job Description:

• Identify potential areas of concern regarding risk exposure and safeguarding company assets.
• Recommending the best practices to improve compliance standards.
• Incident Investigation.
• Regular inspection audits at Metro branches to identify and monitor potential risk exposure to fraud, dishonesty, misappropriation of assets, criminal acts and or liability loss.
• Report exposures to a variety of audiences and comprehension levels and recommending a course of action to mitigate risk exposure, reduce the frequency or severity of loss.
• Help reduce the potential losses that may be caused through injury, criminal activity, or physical hazards.
• Health & Safety Co-ordinator, Fire Drills / Evacuations and Risk Audits etc. J
• Establish and maintain Shrinkage Committee and OHS Committee at store levels. . I
• Loss Prevention Awareness. Training and Reporting. I
• Liaising with third party service providers (CCTV surveillance. Nation Security etc.).

Job Requirements:

• Qualification or studying towards a qualification in Risk Management and or Forensic Investigations Training.
• OHS theoretical with NOSA approved certification and practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Risk Management and or Loss Control Manager.
• Fraud investigations and IR training will be an added advantage.
• No criminal or ITC record.
• Namibian Citizen.
