Exciting opportunity available for a self-motivated and organised experienced candidate within the TES industry.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
– Namibian Citizen
– Grade 12
– A minimum of 2 years recruitment experience preferably at a recruitment agency
– Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
– Excellent numeracy skills
– Fully Computer literate (Advanced MS Office)
– Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English, Afrikaans and one other Namibian language
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Capture on the relevant system and submit timesheets and supporting documents to Wages Department
– Attend to all pay queries within 24 hours
– Ensure accurate checking of payroll reports within 24 hours of receipt. (Submit payroll queries/errors to the payroll department for correction within this timeframe.)
– Ensure that invoices are raised on all wages paid
– Balancing of invoicing and wages must be correct
– No credit notes due to checking errors
– Deal with queries in a professional manner. Queries should be resolved within 24 hours of receipt
– Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, both internal and external by adhering to the core values of the Organisation, the code of business conduct and the stakeholder engagement policy
– Ensure effective typing of correspondence and taking of minutes, as required by the Country Manager
– Order and manage inventory and PPE
– Assist the Country Manager with the recruitment of permanent staff for the branch, in line with the Company’s Recruitment and Appointment process
– Responsible for the full recruitment process according to job specification (from sourcing to background checks and placement/regret letters)
– Load new employees, category changes, employee updates, terminations and all supporting documentation as per company procedures
– Accurately capture CVs on the recruitment data base
– Search the candidate’s recruitment section to fill vacant positions
– Print and prepare invoices for delivery to clients
– Filing of all company documents
– Accurate completion of Injury on Duty (IOD) progress and resumption reports
– Ensure that all purchases are made in line with the Company’s Petty Cash policy
– Submit monthly reconciliations to the creditors department (Recons must balance and must be submitted by the stipulated deadline)
