RECORD MANAGEMENT OFFICER (GRADE C2) – Namibia Training Authority

Duty Station: Head Office
Reporting to: Senior Officer: Stock Control and Property Management
Purpose: Responsible for the effective and efficient archiving and record Management
function at NTA.

Key Performance Areas:
• Records Administration
• Maintaining Accurate Records
• Retention and Disposal of Records
• Protection and Security of Records

Qualifications and Experience:
• A National Diploma in Records and Archives management or equivalent qualification from a
recognised institution (NQF Level 6).
• Three (3) years of relevant experience (administrative, records management and/or
archiving environment)

• Driver’s License
