Front Office

Responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service. Telecommunications and fielding calls accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. Assist with Accommodation and Restaurant bookings as well as performing work- related ad hoc administrative duties as needed. Manage Curio Shop stock and Sales.

Matric Certificate and relevant 2 Year Work Experience in the Hospitality Industry in Front of House. Reservations’ System experience required.

Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans. German is an advantage.
