New Era Publication Corporation (NEPC) invites suitably qualified applicants for the position of Receptionist, Windhoek.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
⦁ Answer telephone calls to take messages from clients or provide information
⦁ Receive walk-in customers and guests
⦁ Direct guests or visitors to specific areas or correct offices
⦁ Create, adjust or cancel appointments when necessary
⦁ Inform other members of staff about visitors or cancellations
⦁ Arranging meetings and taking minutes or notes
⦁ Perform other administrative work like typing and transcription
⦁ Help maintain office calendar
⦁ Assist with sales and invoicing
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
⦁ Grade 11 NSSCO/Grade 12 AS
⦁ A diploma in Secretarial or equivalent will be an added advantage
⦁ One (1) year of relevant working experience.
COMPETENCY/SKILLS
⦁ Good command of the English language and any other local language
⦁ Telephone etiquette
⦁ Customer service skills
⦁ Interpersonal skills
⦁ Organizational skills
⦁ Computer literacy
⦁ Good listening skills and ability to multitask
