The Key Duties

• Welcomes and timeously directs clients, visitors to the respective officials
• Makes and receives calls in a professional manner
• Creates and maintains files to support procurement and Finance office
• Regularly tracks and records customer complaints/ suggestions for submission to respective officials

• Receives records and distributes malts, documents to respective officials timeously paying attention to urgent matters
• Works with currier companies for sending and receiving documents and operational items
• On an ongoing basis updates management on customer grievance verbally and vial emails.

The Person

• Office Administration Certificate level 2
• Very good oral and written communication skills
• Practical application of Microsoft office packages
• Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality
• Keen to understand 191 business
• Excellent customer service and teamwork
