Receptionist | JSN Automotive Group
The Key Duties
- Welcomes and timeously directs clients, visitors to the respective officials
- Makes and receives calls in a professional manner
- Creates and maintains files to support procurement and Finance office
- Regularly tracks and records customer complaints/ suggestions for submission to respective officials
- Receives records and distributes malts, documents to respective officials timeously paying attention to urgent matters
- Works with currier companies for sending and receiving documents and operational items
- On an ongoing basis updates management on customer grievance verbally and vial emails.
The Person
- Office Administration Certificate level 2
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Practical application of Microsoft office packages
- Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality
- Keen to understand 191 business
- Excellent customer service and teamwork
