| Specification | Key Performance Areas: To provide hands on assistance to the Resort Manager with daily Reception / Front Office operations which will include but not be limited to: •Dealing with and resolving guest complaints, requests and problems •Interaction and communication with other Departments & Areas to ensure smooth running of operations •Performance of facility inspections & completion of checklists and reports •Performance of accommodation unit checks for HK & Maintenance problems •Performance of Departmental Cash Ups •Providing feedback and communication to Management for further action •Performance of after-hours standby duties |
| Requirements | Position Requirements: • Reception / Front Office experience in the Hospitality / Service industry • Practical understanding of all aspects of Hospitality Operations • Computer literacy skills including: Excel & Word and a knowledge of Hospitality Property Management and or billing systems • Good administration and interpersonal skills • Problem solving skills • Previous Management experience and / or a proven aptitude for same Person Requirements: |
