We provide new and Cat Certified Used equipment offerings as well as technical and logistical support to our Customers.
Receptionist

The Ideal Candidate
⦁ Beneficial to have a professionally pleasant and mature demeanour, coupled with dedication, enthusiasm, eloquence and loyalty.
⦁ Communicate well at all levels, combined with the profound ability of giving front desk services in a fast-paced environment.
⦁ Skilled in supporting the productivity of the office through filing, answering incoming calls, greeting guests, confidentiality and ordering supplies.
⦁ Capable of creating a professional and inviting environment, offering outstanding customer service for clients.

Key Accountabilities
⦁ Prompt answering switchboard and transferring calls
⦁ Receiving and directing visitors
⦁ Processing purchase orders followed by good receiving invoices
⦁ Post office duties
⦁ Stationery ordering and control
⦁ Staff refreshments ordering and control
⦁ Assist with ad hoc duties relating to BWE events as and when required
⦁ Keeping record of employee site access information
⦁ Create and maintain MSA (marine service assessment) archive
⦁ General admin duties

Qualifications & Experience
⦁ Sound Microsoft Office knowledge
⦁ Grade 12 with 2 years’ experience in Office Management
⦁ Effective self-management and performance ownership
⦁ Professional appearance
⦁ Excellent communicator (telephone manner and etiquette). Must have a well- pitched voice and above average listening skills
⦁ Customer service orientation
⦁ Attention to detail, resilience (stress handling), drive/ initiative
⦁ Assertiveness & Punctuality
⦁ SAP experience essential
⦁ Must have good command of English
⦁ Code BE driver’s license
