RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT B3 – Namdock

Primary purpose of the position

The purpose of the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is to manage all office administration and reception duties, provide a full secretarial support service and maintaining and promoting the professional image of the company.

Qualification and Experience Required:

• Grade 12 or equivalent certificate and Secretarial Certificate.
• A National Diploma in Office Administration/ management or Human Resources at NQF Level 5 will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years working experience in a general administrative and frontline office support environment. Must be technological proficiency for Front Desk function and be able to work in a diverse cultural environment.
