JOB TITLE : Receptionist / Night Audit
REPORTING TO : Front Office Manager / General Manager

Criteria

 Namibian citizen or permanent resident. Attach a copy of your ID with application.
 Previous Hotel experience would be to advantage
 Knowledge of Innkeeper would be to advantage
 Formal Qualification would be to an advantage
 Must be fluent in English & Afrikaans Write and Speak

• Achieving optimal guest satisfaction.
• Meeting and greeting customers
• Checking in & Out of guests
• Assist with reservations
• Assist with guest queries
• Daily Cash-up
• Answering Telephone
