RECEIVING SUPERVISOR – Pupkewitz Megatech

Purpose
To oversee the receiving department’s activities ensuring the efficient
& accurate processing of received goods.

Requirements
⦁ Grade 12.
⦁ A diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent would serve as an added advantage.
⦁ 2-3 years of working experience in a similar role.
⦁ Experience with Kerridge would serve as an added advantage.
⦁ Computer literacy.
⦁ Accuracy, service-oriented, team player.
⦁ Excellent numerical skills.

Key Result Areas
⦁ Oversee receiving to ensure effective and accurate processing of received goods as well as to maintain the 48h turnaround time from entering to exiting to the warehouse.
⦁ Identify on the supplier invoice if the shipment is a direct order for a branch.
⦁ Review the PO upliftment that was applied in K8 with the supplier invoice/waybill.
⦁ Ensure all exceptions are clear as per the notification from Receiving clerk.
⦁ Check the Goods received note and Goods rejected notes against the supplier invoice and verify that all the stock has been GRN’ed.
⦁ Ensure the correct paperwork is attached to the rejected stock and placed in the RFC container.
⦁ Effectively manage all subordinates which include overtime management, lunch schedules and leave arrangements.
⦁ Ensure that all personnel adheres to policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
