The ideal candidate Configure network parameters including IP addressing, VLAN and routing protocols, use diagnostic tools to monitor signal quality, throughput and latency. The Candidate will also provide technical support to the technician and call centre, as well as liaise with clients to ensure quality of work and customer satisfaction.
