Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of bills of quantities and tender documents.
• Support cost estimation and cost control activities.
• Assist with site measurements and valuations.
• Help compile project progress reports.
• Work with senior quantity surveyors and project managers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Namibian citizen. (Certified copy of I.D)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Understanding of construction processes and measurement principles.
• Proficient in MS Office; QS software experience an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary

The position is graded under the Paterson Job Grading System at level B (Entry-Level / Graduate). Remuneration aligns with company salary structures.
