Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Quantity Surveying Honours Degree
- 5-10 years working Experience
- Project Management Experience
- Experience in contract/construction programming
- Experience in costing, budgeting and cash control
- Expert in PC: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point and MS project
- Builders’Plus, CC/CSC Candy Knowledge
- Quality Control/ ISO-9001/2008
- Mass Housing Construction Experience
- Commercial and Upmarket Residential Project Experience
- User of Fidic Red book & NJ PC Contract
- Experience in either GRN /Public Works Project added Advantage
Special Requirements:
- Registered with the Institute of Quantity Surveying Council of Namibia.
- Code BE Driving License.
- Should be able to travel all around the country and work in the field/project sites in remote areas.
