Power Electrical & Construction is looking for a suitably qualified candidate to fill the above position. The candidate should be motivated to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimating and tendering

• Measurement of drawings and of work done

• Preparation of claims ] and final accounts

• Preparing EOTs

• Programming of works

• Progress reporting,

• Project cost control

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Quantity Surveying or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years experience

• Knowledge of Primavera P6 and ArchiCAD

• Knowledge of QSPtus and DimensionX

Preference will be given to Namibian citizens who fit the requirements.
