Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of construction and maintenance projects.
- Assisting with site inspections, progress monitoring, measurements, and project assessments to ensure activities are completed according to plans and specifications.
- Supporting project costing, budgeting, procurement, tender preparation, and contract administration processes.
- Monitoring project expenditures, supplier and contractor performance, and maintaining accurate project records and documentation.
- Preparing project reports, payment documentation, progress updates, and other administrative and technical documentation
- Coordinating stakeholder engagements, project meetings, and communication with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
- Providing general project management, operational, monitoring, reporting, and administrative support to the Production Unit.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, National Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Project Management is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of project management principles, construction processes, cost estimation, procurement, and contract administration.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
