VACANCY: PROPERTY OFFICER (C1)

1. Minimum Requirements:

• A 3 year Diploma in Property / Land Management / Land Surveying
• 3 years relevant experience, which are directly related to the responsibilities specified.

2. Key Responsibilities:

Directs collection of monthly assessments, rental fees and deposits payment of insurance premiums, mortgages, taxes and incurred operating expenses of the Council’s properties.
Negotiates the sale, lease or development of properties and complete or review appropriate documents and forms of the Council’s properties.
Cadastral surveys, consolidation and land demarcation.
Maintains records, reports and files.
Prepare contract documents.
Prepare rental and lease agreements
Town land administration
Administration of Build Together Programme.

3. Remuneration and Benefits:

Basic Salary N$ 134,123.00 pa, Housing Allowance 20% of basic salary, 85% Council
contribution on Medical Aid, 21,7% Pension, Transport Allowance N$ 7,704.00 pa, 13th Cheque
and ample leave
