PROPERTY MANAGER – KHOMAS MEDICAL CENTRE

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance & repair of the facility, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Generator, Gas Plant and other systems
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Provide regular reports on the condition of the facilities and other maintenance or repair needs
• Manage relationships with tenants and contractors
• Ensure that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and serviced
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
• Ensure the facility is accessible to people with disabilities and meets accessibility requirements
• Develop, implement and manage maintenance schedules and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and building codes
• Experience in managing budgets and negotiating contracts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
