PROJECT SPECIALIST REQUIRED
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Lycopodium Namibia is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager with a strong EPCM project background in SMP construction across mineral processing plants to join our team.
Candidates should possess the following:
-
Be a Namibian Citizen.
-
15+ years of hands-on construction experience, with at least 10 years in a Construction Manager role on major projects.
-
Demonstrated success delivering SMP and infrastructure packages on mineral processing plants
-
Proven experience leading multi-discipline activities
-
Tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience in Construction Management
-
Demonstrable commitment to HSE Management in a project environment
-
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
-
Strong knowledge of international QA/QC standards, construction methodologies, and engineering documentation control.
-
Skilled in client liaison, contractor engagement, and stakeholder reporting.
