The Kombat Mine Project has the following operation-restart project opportunities, based in Kombat.

PROJECT MANAGER – CONTRACT

• The incumbent shall report to Chief Executive Officer and be accountable for leading and delivering the owner’s team for the return to commission process, ensuring that it delivers with
  feasibility through execution and commissioning. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and multidisciplinary coordination to ensure projects are delivered safely on time, within budgets, and to quality standards, while meeting all regulatory and environmental obligations.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mining, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical) or related field.

• PMP accreditation is advantageous.

• Proven experience as Project Manager as a project manager, with at least 5 years in mining or heavy industrial projects.

• Proven track record in delivery of major projects and delivering brownfields / restart projects in mining, preferably in Southern Africa.

• Experience and contract forms NEC, FIDIC, GCC) EPC/EPCM environments and owner managed packages.

• Financial acumen including experience with cash flow forecasting.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
