PROJECT MANAGER
The Pupkewitz Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to support the Properties team and a large portfolio of commercial properties.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project and maintenance plans, budgets, deliverables, allocate resources, and oversee projects and maintenance execution.
• Project Management: Manage the complete life cycles of projects, from refurbishment to large new build projects, including negotiating tender sums, budget control, programs and quality control.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project and maintenance risks, keeping projects on track and within budget.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, team mem bets, and service providers to ensure project success and tenant satisfaction.
• Communication and Reporting: Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Tertiaty qualification in Project Management, Quantity Surveyor or another construction related field.
• 10 years work experience in the construction and facility mana gem ent field
