PROJECT MANAGER – GERGARUB (EL/M2/M3)

Purpose of the Job

The incumbent will be responsible tor planning, overseeing and leading the project.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Experience

Minimum 15 years’ professional experience in base metal & mineral industry
Of which at least 10 years should have been in project management of a mediumilarge sized, green or brown field Capital projects, from concept to commissioning

Key performance areas

The Project Manager will lead the entire Gergarub project stream in an outsourced project approach from project framing, project review and optimization, project financial evaluation, project closure and execution plan to ensure that the project objectives are achieved. S/he will be responsible for detailed review of existing Feasibility Study. Project initiation and setup Project charter Project management plan, optimized project schedule. Project budget. Enquiry preparation for mine design and related services Appoint mine design and related services partner. Value engineering and technical review. Project financial evaluation Procurement management. Integration management. Risk management Organizational management. Good liaison skills.
