VACANCIES
Planned recruitments are for Field Officers as allocated in the following health districts:
Onandjokwe Health District (5). Omuthiya Health District (5). Tsumeb Health District (5).
Engela West Health District (5), Engela East Health District (5) and Oshikuku Health District (5).
The contract is Nine (9) months, renewable agreement depending on the availability of the
funds.

Key responsibilities:
⦁ Mobilize and refer identified People living with HIV (PLHIV) in the community for Community Adherence Groups (CAGs) enrollment
⦁ Ensure that all PLHIV enrolled in CAGs and Comprehensive Community Based Health Services (CCBHS) receive quality of care
⦁ Conduct TB screening for PLHIV enrolled in CAGs and refer presumptive cases for TB testing at the health facility
⦁ Support TB preventive therapy (TPT) initiation and completion for CAG members
⦁ Ensure collaboration with the MoHSS and other stakeholders
⦁ Tracing and linking of clients in CAGs and CCBHS for relevant services to health facilities
⦁ Compile performance reports and submit to the relevant authorities

Minimum Requirements:
⦁ Must be between the age of 25-40 years old
⦁ Must have a minimum Grade 10 certificate
⦁ Should have knowledge and/or experience in the field of HIV and ART Treatment
⦁ Good interpersonal relations and good communication skills
⦁ Must be able to speak, write, and read English
⦁ Must have a Namibian ID
⦁ Experience in community adherence groups is an added advantage
⦁ Applicants must live in the area of operation being applied for
