JOB TITLE             : PROJECT COORDINATOR (CONTRACT)

NUMBER  OF POSITIONS :ONE(1)

DUTY STATION : RIETFONTEIN & WINDHOEK HEAD OFFICE CONTRACT DURATION : 12 MONTHS

PURPOSE OFTHE JOB

To plan, coordinate and control the implementation of projects, across disciplines and within the parameters of project objectives, budgets, resources and deadlines in order to ensure contribution to NYS strategic objectives.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)

Project control and support

Project Monitoring, documentation and reporting

Budget control/Management

General activity coordination

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Business Administration or any equivalent qualification from accredited tertiary institution. Foreign qualifications must be evaluated by NQA.

5 years’ practical experience in project management or business development environment.

Driver’s License

Namibian Citizen.

Excellent Report writing skills

Computer Literate and Power Point Presentation Skills
