Young Africa (YA) Namibia, a young and growing Namibian NGO, aims to empower young people through practical training in market-oriented trades, in combination with life skills and entrepreneurship. PROGRAMME AND ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT (OTJIWARONGO and ONIIPA)
The Program and Organisational Development Advisor (PODA) will be a central part of the Young Africa Namibia team and will play a key role in helping to expand the organization’s programmes to youth empowerment. The PODA will work closely with the programme implementation team and the Country Director and will report to the Country Director. S/he will be a dynamic participant in all aspects of program development, organisational development, capacity building, resource mobilisation, grants management, donor engagements, and Monitoring and Evaluation. The incumbent should be able to translate the organisational strategic plan into action, and s/he is supposed to spearhead organisational expansion as well as systems strengthening of the organisation.
