Vacancy Opening:

Procurement Systems Coordinator
The incumbent shall be responsible for among other duties, the following key performance areas.
• Management of job profiles, & securities, report writing.
• Approve and analyze all changes to the procurement system (ERP)
• Analyse and solve complex customer and system issues.
• Extract analyze and submit consolidation reporting between SCM, FNC and Engineering ERP, and MRP functions.
• Analyse workflow processes, improvement, and business practices to streamline.
• First contact between SCM MRP/ERP and Altron MRP/ERP support system issues.
• First line user support.
Ideally, you will have:

Education & Experience

• Related Diploma/Degree in business systems or equivalent qualification on NQF7. A degree in SCM/ Logistics will be an added
advantage.
• 3 – 5 Years’ experience in procurement systems (e.g., ERP).and sound knowledge of in supply chain discipline will be an
advantage.
• Solid Microsoft D365 ERP/MRP skills, with ability to empower cross-functional work teams.
• In depth knowledge of MRP back-end processes between Engineering, Finance and SCM
• Experience in the mining industry will be an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Proactive to identify new ideas/opportunities and driven in managing multiple tasks while ensuring quality work.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to give input to and execute plans.
• Team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and also work independently.
• Microsoft suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint), experience in data analysis and visualization will be
advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to adapt and manage well through change.
