Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all procurement activities are conducted in compliance with the procurement Act, applicable policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Receiving and reviewing procurement requisitions from user departments.
- Prepare purchase orders and obtain the required approvals.
- Monitor outstanding purchase orders and follow up to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Verify and approve invoices, delivery notes, and other supporting procurement Documentation.
- Maintain and update the master supplier database.
- Third-party Risk management
- Assist with Property Maintenance Administration
- Monitor Fleet Management

- Diploma or Degree in Supply chain and logistics or related field
- 3 years relevant experience, specifically in procurement, or related areas.
