PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT UNIT
1 x POST: PROCUREMENT OFFICER (PATTERSON C3)
JOB SUMMARY
To ensure the compliance of procurement practices in the line with the Public Procurement Act, set procurement procedures and that all assets are maintained in the most economical and efficient manner in accordance with approval policies and procedures
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting & Finance or Business administration plus a 2 years’ experience which should have included significant exposure to stores control and procurement of which one year should have been in a supervisory capacity.
OR
3 year Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Accounting and Finance or Business
Administration plus a 4 years’ experience which should have include significate exposure to stores control and procurement of which one year should have been a supervisory capacity.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Code BE Driving License
