 Temporary Procurement Officer: Windhoek

JOB PURPOSE

To manage the sourcing and acquisition of goods and services in a way that optimizes costs, ensures quality, and aligns with the organisation’s strategic goals.

• Procurement Function

• Assets and Property Administration

• Security Management

• Staff Management

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree [NQA Level 7] in Procurement or Logistic, Finance and Asset Management or equivalent.

• Three (3) years relevant working experience

• Code 08 driver’s license

COMPETENCY/SKILLS

• Good command of the English language and any other local language

• Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure

• Computer literacy

• Integrity (corrected from Intergrity)

• Negotiation skills

• Good understanding of Procurement Act and Regulations

• Property and Fleet management skills
