PROCUREMENT MANAGER – NamPost

Primary purpose of position
To timely procure the correct goods and services for NamPost at the
best quality, and price, and ensure compliance with the procurement
policy.

Main Responsibilities
 Develop NamPost’s Annual Procurement Plan.
 Implement and ensure compliance to NamPost Procurement policy.
 Procurement Advisory Services.
 Manage Procurement Administration.
 Coordinate the Procurement Committee Functions.
 Stakeholder Management (internal and external).
 Manage Procurement Division staff.

Educational and experience requirements
Accredited B degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or
Logistics.
5 years’ experience in supply chain management and / or
procurement management environment of which 2 years at
supervisory level.
