Purpose of the Job

The role helps ensure that goods and services are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company policies. Work in town and warehouse to learn skills and process duty of procurement and warehouse managing.

Key Performance Areas

• Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documents.

• Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, deliveries, and order updates.

• Assist with issuing RFQs and compiling quotation comparison sheets.

• Capture and update procurement data in ERP systems (SAP).

• Support warehouse and production teams with stock and delivery information.

• Maintain accurate filing, records, and compliance documentation.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain and management or related.

• 1 or more years of experience in the related field.

• Good responsibility and communication skills.

• Skilled in office, includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.
