PROCESS LEADER 3 (C1) (SCM: MINING ROADS & MAINTENANCE SERVICES) – Namdeb Diamond Corporation

Most employers require a Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics and Physical Science, plus a relevant tertiary qualification such as a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. You will oversee daily operations including scheduling maintenance activities, coordinating road construction and repair teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The role involves managing contractors, monitoring budgets, and reporting on project progress to senior management. Strong coordination with mining operations and SCM departments is critical.

Namibian mining operations typically follow strict safety protocols with zero-tolerance policies on incidents, requiring rigorous adherence to PPE and procedural compliance. The work environment is hierarchical, with clear reporting lines and respect for authority emphasized.
