Key Responsibilities
- Assist in analysing and documenting processes including process mapping, workflow diagrams and standard operating procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the process team, including organizing files, reports and documentation.
- Support the identification of process inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate process documentation including workflows, procedures and inefficiencies logs.
- Help identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and process metrics.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving while maintaining attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
- Deliver high-quality work and maintain strong communication with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate, 25 points or above.
- Currently pursuing or have completed a degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Informatics or a related field.
- Basic understanding of process analysis concepts, including process mapping and workflow analysis.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Bizagi, Camunda or similar tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge on digitally transforming or automating processes.
- Ability to follow instructions, work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive, energetic and solutions-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Basic knowledge of process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is advantageous but not required.
