Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with affluent and high-value clients.

• Analyse client financial needs and structure appropriate banking, lending, and investment-related solutions.
• Apply strong credit, risk, and compliance principles while balancing commercial growth and customer experience.
• Assist clients with fiduciary-related requirements, including new wills and estate reporting processes.
• Support securities and lending processes while ensuring sound governance and turnaround times.
• Compile and present detailed reports, business insights, and portfolio analysis to support informed decision-making.
• Demonstrate strong relationship management skills, leveraging your knowledge of investments, finance, lending, and Private Banking.
• Work independently, communicate effectively, and take accountability for delivering exceptional results within a fast-paced environment.
• Represent the Private Banking and Premium brand professionally within the branch, Premium suite, and broader Northern community.

Requirements

• Have a relevant Business, Commerce or Banking qualification.
• Possess 5 to 8 years’ experience in Private Banking, Business Banking, Relationship Banking, Wealth Management or a similar financial services environment.
• Have strong knowledge of banking products, lending, credit, fiduciary services, investments, compliance and risk management.
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to acquire, grow and retain profitable client relationships.
• Have exceptional relationship-building, networking and stakeholder management skills.
• Are self-motivated and able to work independently while effectively managing a geographically dispersed portfolio.
• Have experience managing affluent or high-value client portfolios within a relationship banking environment.
• Demonstrate excellent planning, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to balance client engagements across multiple locations.
• Hold a valid driver’s licence and have your own reliable transport, with the ability to travel throughout the Far North region.
