PRINCIPAL OFFICER (WINDHOEK)

Purpose of the Position

To be the focal person in the day-to-day running of the business which includes, but not limited to, managing clients files and contracts on a daily basis, verifying their information to ensure financing qualification, negotiating interest rate with clients on a case to case basis, keeping the company accounts in terms of payments received and payouts, loading disbursement payouts for approval, explaining contracts to clients and advertising the company for new business and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Day to day running of the business
• Ensure compliance of the business to the NAMFISA Act
• Filling and bookkeeping
• Coordination of timeous submission of all statutory returns.
• Building relations with all stakeholders
• Marketing of all company products

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 Certificate with 3 years experience in Micro Lending business
• Diploma in finance/Business administration with 1 year experience in

Micro lending business.                                                         *

• Police clearance (no more than 6 months old) or should be able to obtain one immediately (Mandatory)
• Computer literacy
• Great work ethics and Team player
• Familiarity with payment systems ProLoan, Experia, Compuscan or
