Duty Station: Minna Sachs Primary School (Keetamanshoop)
Scale of Salary : N$ 412 001 – NS492 567
Housing Allowance: N$ 14 520.00 per annum
Transport Allowance:NS 8 760.00 per annum

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

A recognized 3-year tertiary teaching qualification on an NQF Level 6 (or equivalent) plus 7 years of teaching experience.
Or
An appropriate recognized 3-year tertiary non-teaching qualification (or equivalent) on NQF Level 6 in relation to the school subject to be taught, plus a 1-year teaching qualification, plus 7 years of teaching experience.

Supplementary requirements:

A candidate that is applying for a Principal Grade 5 post must have a professional teaching qualification that would enable him/her to teach a subject in the Primary Phase (Pre-Primary Grade to Grade 7)
The ideal candidate should have managerial, administrative and leadership skills, as well as Human Resource and Financial Management experience, and must be Computer Literate.
The ideal candidate should be an experienced, dedicated and committed educator who would be prepared to render quality education and be devoted to his/ her task.
Probation of candidate in the present position of Head of Department Grade 6 or Senior
Education Officer Grade 6 must be confirmed and attached.
