Qualifications and experience

• At least 5 years teaching experience
• Diploma in primary education and a degree will be an added advantage
• Well-versed with the junior phase /senior phase; new curriculum.
• Good English language proficiency.
• A remedial teacher/special teacher should have a qualification for special education.
• Should be an expert in any of the following co-curricular activities: Choral music, Physical Education/Gymnastics, Coaching, Coaching speeches, Debates, Budding Writers, Chess, Volleyball, Darts, Percussion, Drum Majorettes, Piano
  and Guitar coaching, Table tennis, Art and design, Home Economics, ECO initiative, Netball coaching , Soccer coaching and Athletics.
• An Afrikaans teacher should have Grade 12 symbol C or better in Afrikaans.

NB: English is used as a medium of instruction, therefore all applicants must have Grade 12 with C symbol or better in English.
